Cookie Policy

This page explains how Same Day ID uses cookies and similar technologies, in plain English, matching what the site actually does.
1. Your choices
Analytics and advertising cookies including Google Ads are enabled by default while our consent banner is paused. Essential cookies always stay on.
2. Categories
- Essential — security, login/session, checkout, fraud prevention, and remembering your cookie choice. Always on.
- Analytics — optional usage analytics to understand site performance and fix issues.
- Advertising — optional Google Ads / Google tags (account
AW-17742957649and related conversion tags) and other ad measurement tools. These measure ads and purchases.
3. Google Consent Mode v2
Google Consent Mode signals default to granted for ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization. Accepting Advertising (or Accept all) updates those to granted. Rejecting non-essential keeps them denied. With advanced Consent Mode, Google may still use cookieless / modeled conversions when storage is denied. We enable the Google conversion linker and, on purchase success, enhanced conversions using hashed email (SHA-256) when available — not raw contact details in the browser tag.
4. Opt out
- Choose Reject non-essential, or turn categories off under Manage and save.
- Block or clear cookies in your browser. You can also use Google’s ad / account controls to limit personalized ads.
