Terms of Service - Same Day ID

Terms of Service

Last Updated: October 21, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Same Day ID ("Service"), a subsidiary of Arvo Equities, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Service Description

Same Day ID provides an online design studio for creating and ordering custom ID cards, badges, and related printed materials, with options for expedited same-day printing.

3. User Responsibilities & Content

  • Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring your design and content (photos, logos, text) comply with all local, state, and federal laws.
  • Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload, transmit, or design any content that is illegal, defamatory, threatening, obscene, or infringing on any intellectual property rights.
  • Identity: You certify that you have the legal authority or necessary consent to use any names, photos, logos, or other protected information included in your custom design. We reserve the right to refuse printing any design that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms, or may be used for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

3A. Authorization to Print; Indemnification

By placing an order and asking us to print a card, you confirm that you have the right and any needed prior consent to use every name, photo, logo, trademark, design and other content you submit. That includes consent from the employer, organization, brand owner, or the person shown on the card. You are solely responsible for how the cards are used. To the fullest extent the law allows, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Arvo Equities, LLC, its brands, and their owners, employees and contractors from any claims, losses, damages, fines, penalties and legal fees that arise from your content, your lack of authorization, or any misuse, misrepresentation, or illegal use of a card or of anyone's trademark or identity. We may refuse or cancel any order we believe is unauthorized or unlawful.

3B. Shipping, Lost or Damaged Packages

Shipping, Lost or Damaged Packages. Once your order is handed to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to you, and we are not responsible for packages that the carrier loses, delays, damages, or misdelivers, or that are stolen after delivery. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. If a shipment is lost or damaged, we may, at our sole discretion, help file a carrier claim, reprint or reship, or offer a credit or partial refund, but we are not obligated to do so. Any such help is a courtesy and is not an admission of responsibility. If you purchased Print Insurance, lost or damaged shipments are handled as described in our Print Insurance terms at https://samedayid.com/print-insurance.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing for ID cards is detailed on our dedicated pricing page and is subject to change. Customizations (e.g., holographic overlays, back printing, slot punch) incur additional fees. All payments are processed securely, and orders are non-refundable once printing has begun.

4A. Digital Wallet Pass Subscription

Price and billing. Digital Wallet Passes are sold as a monthly subscription priced per pass: $3.00 per pass per month for 1–19 passes and $2.00 per pass per month for 20 or more, plus applicable sales tax at the rate in effect on each billing date. The per-pass price applies to all of your passes: if your number of passes goes above or below 20, the per-pass price for all of your passes changes starting with your next bill. Your first month is charged at checkout; after that we charge the card you saved with our payment processor, Stripe, on the same date each month (or the last day of the month, if that date doesn't exist). Your subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel.

Adding and removing passes. You can add passes at My Account → your order after approving the new monthly total; we charge the added passes for the rest of the current month (prorated) on the day you add them. If the prorated amount for added passes is under $0.50, there's no charge until your next bill. You can remove passes at My Account → your order; the change takes effect with your next bill, and removed passes stay active through the end of the month you've paid for, then are voided. We void the most recently added passes first. Removing all passes cancels the subscription.

Canceling. You can cancel anytime at My Account → your order → Cancel subscription, on our Manage subscription page, with the link in any subscription email, or by emailing Help@SameDayID.com. Canceling stops future charges right away. Your passes stay active through the end of the month you've paid for, then are voided.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, we email you the same day with a link to update your card and retry over the next few days. If the payment isn't fixed after our last retry, or within 7 days, whichever comes first, your passes are voided. We won't try to collect a missed payment after voiding. To get passes again, you need to start a new subscription at checkout.

Refunds. Partial months aren't refunded. Any refund is at our sole discretion, except where the law requires one.

Price changes. If we change the per-pass prices or the 20-pass threshold, we'll email you 7 to 30 days before the new price takes effect, and you can cancel before then. A price change caused by your own adding or removing of passes, under the pricing above, isn't a price change by us.

Annual reminder. Once a year, on the anniversary of your signup, we email you a reminder of your subscription, its price, and how to cancel.

Records. We keep a record of your consent and of each change to your subscription for 3 years, or 1 year after the subscription ends, whichever is longer.

Re-edits. Custom passes include 2 re-edits per rolling 12 months, each reviewed by us.

Misuse and revocation. We may suspend, revoke or void a subscription and its passes as described in §4B.

4B. Revocation and Deactivation

Your card is a license, not property. Every Digital Wallet Pass remains our property and is licensed to you for as long as we keep it active. You do not own it, and it is not government-issued or legal identification.

Our right to revoke. We may suspend, revoke, deactivate or void any Digital Wallet Pass, any pass, or your account, at any time, for any reason or no reason, at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Reasons include, without limitation: (a) non-payment, a failed payment, or a chargeback; (b) a design, photo or content that breaks these Terms (including the content rules in §3) or our design rules; (c) suspected fraud, impersonation, misuse or unlawful use; (d) a request from the employer/organization, a cardholder, a rights holder, or law enforcement; (e) legal, security or reputational risk; or (f) our decision to stop offering the product.

What happens on revocation. A revoked Digital Wallet Pass stops working immediately. The wallet pass is voided or updated, and any verification page or QR code for it shows "Revoked." You must stop using, displaying or presenting a revoked Digital Wallet Pass.

Refunds. If we revoke for non-payment, fraud, chargeback, or a breach of these Terms, no refund or credit is owed and fees already paid are forfeited. No refund or credit is owed for any other suspension, revocation or deactivation either, including one made for our own convenience. Any refund is at our sole discretion. Printed products already produced are governed by the print refund terms in §4.

No liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable to you, any cardholder or anyone else for any loss, cost or consequence of a suspension, revocation or deactivation, including denied access to a building, event, job site or system, lost work, or lost business.

Reinstatement. We may, but need not, reinstate a revoked Digital Wallet Pass. Reinstatement may require a new order or subscription.

Survival. This section survives termination.

5. Limitation of Liability

Same Day ID and its parent company, Arvo Equities, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

Our maximum liability will never exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.

4C. Text Messages (SMS)

If you opt in, Same Day ID may text you about your orders, passes and account. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number.

5A. Governing Law, Venue and Disclaimer

These Terms are governed by Florida law. Venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts in Orange County, Florida.

The Service and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. Same Day ID cards are custom novelty/employer-designed IDs and are not government-issued identification.
