Questions before you order?

Is this an official government ID?

No. These are custom employee, student, visitor, and membership badges for businesses, schools, events, and organizations—not government-issued identification. We reserve the right to refuse designs that mimic government IDs or appear fraudulent.

What happens to the photos and information I upload?

Uploaded design files, photos, and employee data are stored on secure, encrypted servers for fulfilling your order. Print files are purged after a short processing window, and custom design data is not sold or shared.

When will my cards be printed and dispatched?

Order by 1 PM ET and we guarantee your custom ID cards will be printed and dispatched the same day. Orders after the cutoff are prioritized for the next business morning.

What are the cards made from?

We use premium, graphic-quality PVC composite cards designed for durable, high-resolution professional printing.
