Print Insurance Terms
Print Insurance is an optional add-on. If your printed order is damaged or lost in transit, we'll reprint it. These terms explain how it works.
What's covered
- Damage in transit: your order arrives damaged, bent, or unusable.
- Loss in transit: a tracked shipment shows as lost, returned to sender, or stuck with no movement for 10 business days.
What's not covered
- Errors in the details you submitted or approved, including typos, names, dates, photos, or anything on your approved proof.
- A wrong, incomplete, or outdated shipping address entered at checkout.
- Untracked shipments. Free stamp shipping has no tracking, so we can't confirm where it is or whether it was delivered. Lost or missing untracked orders are not covered. Damage to an untracked order is still covered if you send photos as described below.
- Any shipment the carrier marks as delivered, including packages left at the door, in a mailbox, or with someone else at the address.
- Damage or loss after delivery, normal wear, or misuse.
- Delays. Carrier delays are not a loss.
How to file a claim
- Email us within 7 days of delivery for damage, or within 30 days of your ship date for a lost tracked order.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging (for damage).
- We'll review your claim and reply within 3 business days.
Claims sent after these windows or without the required photos may be denied.
What you get
If we approve your claim, we'll reprint and reship your order free. Print Insurance does not provide refunds, cash, or credit.
Limits
- One claim per order.
- Coverage applies only to the order it was purchased with and can't be transferred.
- Reprints use the same details as your original approved order. Changes are a new order.
- We reserve the right to refuse any claim.
Refunds on insurance
You can cancel Print Insurance for a refund of the insurance fee any time before your order ships. Once your order ships, the insurance fee is non-refundable.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The terms in effect when you placed your order apply to that order.
